(13 abr. 1772, East Windsor, Conn., EE.UU.–26 feb. 1852, Plymouth, Conn.).

Relojero estadounidense. Su especialidad fueron los relojes de madera de un día, especialmente su "reloj de madera perfeccionado conocido como el reloj Terry (1814). Gracias a la utilización de piezas intercambiables fabricadas mediante técnicas mecanizadas, su fábrica de Plymouth llegó a producir hasta 10.000–12.000 relojes Terry por año.
